Our Facility

Running Section

Included in our facility is a new model of treadmill. Not only is the treadmill able to play music at the same time, it is also extremely customizable whereby its speed will suit to the runner's speed.

The Gym Floor

Our gym floor is extremely spacious, with special paddings to absorb the weight of our equipment. Enjoy scenic views of the swimming pool and stadium outside the gym.

Free Weights

Our free weights section has an extensive collection of dumbbells and Olympic plates for body building.

Swimming Section

Included within our gym facilities is an Olympic size swimming pool that is dedicated for our members. Not only does it have the adult pool, it also contains a baby pool

Ladies Section

Included in our facility is a "ladies only" section of the gym where women can workout to themselves. Ladies only section is recently opened so all of the equipment are fairly new!

Cycling Section

Our Cycling Section contains 6 newly bought cycling machines. They can both be used as an exercise or recuperation from muscle insjuries.
